RAY CARMEN is lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist for the Akron, OH power-pop band Librarians With Hickeys, whose latest CD, Handclaps & Tambourines, was released on BIG STIR RECORDS to critical acclaim and has received airplay all over the world, including the BBC, Radio Caroline in the UK, and on Little Steven's Underground Garage on Sirius XM in the US.

Ray also hosts The POP! Radio Program, which airs Thursday evenings from 6-7 PM Pacific/9-10 PM Eastern on Luxuria Music.  Older episodes can be heard Monday mornings from 11 AM-12 NOON Pacific/2-3 PM Eastern on KOWS 92.5 FM in West Sonoma County, CA.

In the past, he has played drums for Witch Hazel, the King Dapper Combo and the Graveyard Rockers, who were the house band for Halloweekends at Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio for several years.
